A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a sacrifice or reanimator deck, would benefit from using Parasitic Implant as it provides a steady stream of 1/1 tokens in exchange for sacrificing the enchanted creature each upkeep. While there may be more efficient cards for generating tokens or sacrificing creatures, Parasitic Implant could still see play in a deck that specifically synergizes with it, offering a unique advantage in the right situation.
