A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and efficiently, such as a green-based ramp or mana acceleration deck, would benefit from using New Horizons. While it provides a small boost to a creature upon entering the battlefield, its main strength lies in the ability to generate additional mana from the enchanted land. However, there are better cards that offer similar effects, such as Utopia Sprawl or Fertile Ground, which provide immediate mana acceleration without the need for a creature target. New Horizons may see play in more casual or budget decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient options.
