A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and has a high creature count, such as a tempo or aggro-control deck, would benefit from using Military Intelligence in Magic: the Gathering. However, there are better cards that provide similar effects, such as Coastal Piracy or Bident of Thassa, which offer additional benefits like tapping opponent's creatures or granting unblockable to your creatures. While Military Intelligence can be a decent inclusion in certain decks, it may not be the most optimal choice compared to other options available.
