A deck focused on ramping and playing powerful green creatures would benefit from including Lure of Prey, as it allows for a free creature to be put onto the battlefield when an opponent casts a creature spell. While Lure of Prey can be situationally powerful, there are potentially more consistent or impactful cards to include in a deck, such as Summoner's Pact or Natural Order, which provide similar effects without the restriction of needing an opponent to cast a creature spell. Overall, Lure of Prey could see play in specific decks looking to take advantage of its unique trigger condition, but may not be a staple card in most green creature-based strategies.
