Lookout's Dispersal, Instant, designed by Ryan Yee first released in May, 2020 in the set Ixalan and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck focused on Pirate tribal synergies in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from using Lookout's Dispersal, as it can be cast for a reduced cost if you control a Pirate and provides a strong counterplay option against opposing spells. While there may be more versatile counterspells available, Lookout's Dispersal's potential cost reduction and thematic fit make it a solid inclusion in a Pirate-themed deck, especially in formats where Pirate tribal strategies are viable.

Once you announce that you’re casting Lookout’s Dispersal, no player may take other actions until the spell’s been paid for. Notably, players can’t try to raise the spell’s cost by removing your Pirates.
