About Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient

Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient, Legendary creature — ogre spirit, designed by Slawomir Maniak first released in Jul, 2014 in the set Magic 2015. It's a key card in 3 combos.

Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient would be a great addition to a red artifact-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, allowing for powerful synergies with artifact abilities. While it may not be a staple in all decks, its ability to copy artifact abilities for a small cost can lead to explosive plays and unexpected combos. However, there are other cards like Rings of Brighthearth that offer similar effects and might be more versatile in certain strategies. Kurkesh can definitely find a home in the right deck, adding a fun and unique twist to artifact-focused gameplay.

The copy will have the same targets as the ability it’s copying unless you choose new ones. You may change any number of the targets, including all of them or none of them. If, for one of the targets, you can’t choose a new legal target, then it remains unchanged (even if the current target is illegal).
