Impetuous Lootmonger would be a great addition to a red aggressive deck looking to disrupt the opponent's strategies by heisting their library while generating value with Treasure tokens. However, the efficiency of this card may be limited by the discard cost and the reliance on opponent's spells to create Treasure tokens. Better options for similar effects could include cards like Robber of the Rich, which exiles the top card of the opponent's library when attacking and can cast it; or Dire Fleet Daredevil, which allows you to cast an instant or sorcery from the opponent's graveyard. Overall, Impetuous Lootmonger could be a fun and flavorful inclusion in casual decks but may struggle to find a competitive home in more optimized play.
