Hour of Eternity, Sorcery, designed by Tyler Jacobson first released in Jul, 2017 in the set Hour of Devastation Promos and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and reanimation strategies, such as a Dimir or Grixis control deck, would benefit from Hour of Eternity as it provides a way to generate a board presence from the graveyard. While Hour of Eternity can be a powerful card in the right deck, there are better options available such as Living Death or Rise of the Dark Realms which have a more immediate impact on the board. Hour of Eternity could see play in more casual or budget decks, but in competitive settings, it may not be the most optimal choice.

Each token copies exactly what was printed on the original card and nothing else, except the characteristics it specifically modifies. It doesn’t copy any information about the object the card was before it was put into your graveyard.

Unlike the tokens created by an eternalize ability, the tokens have the mana cost and thus converted mana cost of the cards they’re copying.
