This card, Hope Against Hope, would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Human tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can provide a significant power boost to a creature based on the number of creatures you control. The added first strike ability for Human creatures further enhances its value in a Human tribal deck. While there may be more efficient or versatile options available, such as Honor of the Pure for a general boost to all creatures, Hope Against Hope could still see play in specific themed decks looking to maximize the power of their Human creatures.
