Helm of the Gods, Artifact — equipment, designed by Anthony Palumbo first released in Jul, 2015 in the set Magic Origins.
The Helm of the Gods would be most beneficial in an enchantment-heavy deck, such as an Aura or Enchantress deck, where it can quickly boost the equipped creature's power and toughness based on the number of enchantments you control. While there may be better equipment cards available in terms of raw power or versatility, the Helm of the Gods can be a strong inclusion in decks focused on enchantments and could see play in the right build.

If you cast an Aura spell targeting a permanent controlled by an opponent, you still control that Aura. It will count toward the bonus given by Helm of the Gods.
