The Gustcloak Skirmisher would be a valuable addition to a white weenie or aggressive white deck that focuses on evasion and combat tricks. While the ability to untap and remove it from combat when blocked can be useful for maintaining pressure on the opponent, there are potentially better options for similar effects, such as Adanto Vanguard, which offers indestructibility in addition to being able to pay life to keep it alive. Whether Gustcloak Skirmisher sees play would depend on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck, but it could be a strong choice in the right build.
