Eyeblight Massacre, Sorcery, designed by Igor Kieryluk first released in Jul, 2015 in the set Magic Origins and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Eyeblight Massacre would be beneficial in a mono-black control deck that aims to control the board by weakening the opponent's creatures. However, there are better options available, such as Damnation, which provides a more powerful board wipe effect. Eyeblight Massacre may see situational play in certain metagames where -2/-2 is sufficient, but overall, there are stronger board wipe options to consider.

Eyeblight Massacre affects only creatures that aren’t Elves at the time it resolves. Creatures that enter the battlefield later in the turn won’t get -2/-2, and creatures that become Elves or stop being Elves won’t get or lose -2/-2.
