Empyrial Storm, Sorcery, designed by Mark Poole first released in Nov, 2016 in the set Treasure Chest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would greatly benefit a Commander deck that focuses on casting the commander multiple times throughout the game, such as a Voltron strategy where the commander is a key component of the win condition. While Empyrial Storm can be powerful in the right deck, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy and colors of the deck, such as Finale of Glory for a similar effect with more flexibility. Ultimately, the decision to include Empyrial Storm would depend on the overall game plan and synergy within the deck.

If you have multiple commanders, you’ll copy this spell for each time you’ve cast either of them. For example, if you’ve cast one commander once and one twice, you’ll copy this spell three times.

Each Storm’s triggered ability can copy the Storm spell even if that spell is countered before that ability resolves.
