Deus of Calamity, Creature — spirit avatar, designed by Todd Lockwood first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be a strong addition to a red-green ramp or aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a powerful threat with trample and a land destruction ability. However, the high mana cost of R/G R/G R/G R/G R/G may make it difficult to consistently cast, so it may not be the most efficient choice for competitive play. Other cards like Inferno Titan or Thrun, the Last Troll may offer more immediate impact or resilience in certain situations, making them potentially better choices depending on the deck's strategy and the current metagame.
