Cylian Sunsinger, Creature — elf shaman, designed by Jesper Ejsing first released in Feb, 2009 in the set Conflux.
Cylian Sunsinger would be a valuable addition to a tribal Elf deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can provide a significant boost to all creatures with the same name. However, there are better options available, such as Elvish Archdruid, which provides a similar mana boost to all Elves, making it a more versatile and powerful choice for Elf-based strategies. While Cylian Sunsinger may see situational play in specific Elf-themed decks, it may not be a top-tier choice compared to other Elf support cards.

When the ability resolves, it gives the +3/+3 bonus to the source of the ability and each other creature that shares a name with that source, even if that source isn’t actually named Cylian Sunsinger. This could happen if Skill Borrower gains this ability, or if Cylian Sunsinger’s name is changed (due to Mirrorweave, perhaps) before the ability resolves.
