This Cloudchaser Eagle card would be beneficial in a white-based control deck that aims to disrupt opponents' enchantments while also having a flying creature for added pressure. However, there are better options like Reclamation Sage or Disenchant that offer more versatility in dealing with various types of permanents. Cloudchaser Eagle could see play in a specific meta where enchantments are prevalent, but overall, it may not be a top choice for most competitive decks.
