About Celestial Prism

Celestial Prism, Artifact, designed by Amy Weber first released in May, 2020 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 12 different ways.

Celestial Prism is particularly beneficial in multicolor decks that require flexible mana sources, such as five-color decks or those utilizing a variety of color combinations, as it provides the ability to add one mana of any color for a relatively low cost. While there are arguably better options like Fellwar Stone or Arcane Signet, which can provide more consistent mana acceleration or color fixing for a similar or lower cost, Celestial Prism can still see play in casual formats or decks that specifically benefit from its ability to generate any color mana, especially if the deck has synergy with artifacts or needs a mana source that can be tapped for various colors.
