Bloodbriar, Creature — plant elemental, designed by Tomasz Jedruszek first released in Jul, 2016 in the set Eldritch Moon and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Bloodbriar would be beneficial in a sacrifice-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, where you can consistently sacrifice permanents to pump up its power and toughness. However, there are better options like Bloodthrone Vampire or Carrion Feeder that offer more versatility and immediate impact in such decks. Bloodbriar could see play in a casual or themed deck, but in more competitive settings, other cards may be more effective.

A legendary permanent that is put into a graveyard because of the “legend rule” isn’t sacrificed.

Bloodbriar’s ability is a triggered ability, not an activated ability. It doesn’t allow you to sacrifice a permanent whenever you want; rather, you need some other way of sacrificing permanents.
