This card, Apex Hawks, would be beneficial in a white-based aggressive deck that focuses on quickly building a board presence and applying pressure to the opponent. While it provides a scalable threat with its Multikicker ability, there are potentially better options such as Skyclave Apparition or Luminarch Aspirant that offer more immediate impact or utility in various situations. However, if the deck aims to go wide and pump up its creatures, Apex Hawks could find a place in the deck as a solid inclusion.
