About Angelic Exaltation

Angelic Exaltation, Enchantment, designed by John Severin Brassell first released in Jan, 2019 in the set Ravnica Allegiance and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.

This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on attacking with a few powerful creatures rather than swarming the board with multiple creatures. A deck with a strategy centered around buffing up a single creature and attacking with it alone would greatly benefit from Angelic Exaltation. However, there are potentially better cards for this strategy, such as Unbreakable Formation or Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, which provide more consistent and impactful effects. Whether Angelic Exaltation should see play would depend on the specific deck and its overall game plan, but it could be a situational and fun inclusion for those looking to surprise their opponents with a sudden boost in power.

Rules

01/25/19

A creature attacks alone if it’s the only creature declared as an attacker during the declare attackers step (including creatures controlled by your teammates, if applicable). For example, Angelic Exaltation’s ability won’t trigger if you attack with multiple creatures and all but one of them are removed from combat.
