About Meditate

Meditate, Instant, designed by Susan Van Camp first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

A control deck that focuses on drawing cards and stalling the game would benefit from using Meditate in Magic: the Gathering. While Meditate can provide card advantage, the drawback of skipping a turn can be significant in a fast-paced game. There are better options like Ancestral Recall, which also draws cards but without the downside of skipping a turn, making it a more efficient choice for most decks. Overall, Meditate may not see much play due to its high cost and drawback compared to other card draw options available.
