Jalum Tome, Artifact, designed by Tom Wänerstrand first released in May, 2020 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 18 different ways.
This card, Jalum Tome, could benefit a deck that focuses on card advantage and graveyard interactions, such as a control or midrange deck. However, there are better options available like Staff of Nin which not only draws a card but also deals damage to any target, providing more value for the same cost. While Jalum Tome may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in casual or budget decks looking for card draw options.
11/10/20
You draw a card and discard a card all while Jalum Tome’s ability is resolving. Nothing can happen in between, and no player can choose to take actions.
