A deck focused on aggressive strategies and quick creature removal, such as a Black-based aggro or burn deck, would benefit from using Dry Spell to clear the board and deal damage to both creatures and players. However, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Pestilence or Pyroclasm, which offer more efficient board wipes or targeted removal.
