Dark-Dweller Oracle, Creature — goblin shaman, designed by Deruchenko Alexander first released in Jul, 2018 in the set Core Set 2019 Promos and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a Goblin or Aristocrats deck, would benefit from Dark-Dweller Oracle as it provides card advantage and potential for additional plays in a single turn. While there may be more powerful cards with similar effects, Dark-Dweller Oracle's low mana cost and flexibility make it a solid inclusion in decks looking to generate incremental advantage through sacrificing creatures.

Dark-Dweller Oracle doesn’t change when you can cast the exiled card. For example, if you exile a sorcery card, you can cast it only during your main phase when the stack is empty. If you exile a land card, you can play it only during your main phase and only if you have an available land play remaining.

If you don’t cast the exiled card, it remains in exile.
