Thrull Champion, Creature — thrull, designed by Daniel Gelon first released in Nov, 1994 in the set Fallen Empires and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would benefit a deck focused on Thrull tribal synergy, as it provides a significant boost to all Thrull creatures on the battlefield and offers a unique control ability over other Thrulls. However, in a competitive setting, there may be better options such as Lord of the Pit or Ashen Ghoul for similar effects with more impact, making Thrull Champion less likely to see play in top-tier decks unless in a specifically themed Thrull deck.

Unlike many similar creatures, Thrull Champion untaps as normal during your untap step. Whether it’s tapped or untapped has no bearing on the control-change effect.
