TV Globinho will return to Globo’s schedule on Saturday, October 10, 2026, as part of Maratona da Esperança, a special Criança Esperança broadcast. The commemorative edition will begin at 9 a.m. Brasília time, after the first part of É de Casa.

The return has been announced as a one-off special. So far, there has been no confirmation that the show will return to Globo’s regular schedule after its October broadcast.

The special will feature cartoons and anime that defined a generation’s mornings. Dragon Ball Z, Digimon and Totally Spies! are confirmed, but Globo has yet to announce which episodes will air or the order in which the shows will appear.

Other series that were part of the show’s history, including Yu-Gi-Oh!, The Fairly OddParents and Jackie Chan Adventures, have not been confirmed for the special.

The program will also bring together four former TV Globinho hosts: Geovanna Tominaga, Letícia Colin, Ícaro Silva and Paulo Mathias Jr. Former Big Brother Brasil contestant Tia Milena will appear as a reporter.

The idea is to revisit different eras of the show and bring back childhood memories. Maratona da Esperança kicks off with TV Globinho on October 10 and runs through October 12, when Show da Esperança will air.

First broadcast in 2000, TV Globinho became one of the leading showcases for cartoons and animated series on Brazilian broadcast television in the 2000s. The show brought audiences series such as Power Rangers, Avatar, Rugrats, iCarly and Beyblade before leaving Globo’s schedule for good in 2015.

Now, 11 years later, the show is returning for a commemorative edition as part of Criança Esperança 2026.
