The Greatest American Hero 45th Anniversary Graphic Novel has raised US$ 62.950 from 491 backers on Kickstarter. The total, recorded while the campaign is still open, exceeds the US$ 40.000 goal set by project creator Amp Comics. The crowdfunding campaign ends on December 5, 2026.

The graphic novel marks the 45th anniversary of The Greatest American Hero, a 1980s TV series. According to an update from Amp Comics, the campaign reached its goal within four hours of launching on November 5. The campaign offers a deluxe edition of the graphic novel, with rewards ranging from digital editions to collector sets.

The Digital Graphic Novel costs US$ 20. At US$ 50, the Kickstarter Exclusive Hardcover collects issues 1 through 5 of the comic series, along with bonus content and an exclusive cover. The US$ 70 Early Bird 45th Anniversary Collector HC includes the same five issues and bonus content, with a special embossed, faux-leather cover.

Among the higher-priced rewards, the US$ 150 Early Bird Producer Edition Set includes a slipcase, pin, art print and a plate signed by William Katt and Don Handfield. The US$ 600 45th Anniversary Premium Box adds items including a photo signed by Katt. These rewards are expected to ship in April 2027. The options are listed on the campaign pagelink outside website, where pledges are open until December 5.
