About Warhorn Blast

Warhorn Blast, Instant, designed by Bryan Sola first released in Jan, 2021 in the set Kaldheim.

This card, Warhorn Blast, would be beneficial in an aggressive white weenie deck that aims to swarm the board with small creatures and then buff them for a final push. While it can provide a temporary boost to your creatures, there are potentially better options like Glorious Anthem or Honor of the Pure for a more consistent and long-lasting effect. However, Warhorn Blast could still see play in specific strategies that rely on a burst of power to finish off the opponent.

Rules

02/05/21

Because exiling a card with foretell from your hand is a special action, you can do so any time you have priority during your turn, including in response to spells and abilities. Once you announce you’re taking the action, no other player can respond by trying to remove the card from your hand.

02/05/21

If you’re casting a foretold card from exile for its foretell cost, you can’t choose to cast it for any other alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs, such as kicker costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, those must be paid to cast the spell.
