About Teferi's Realm

Teferi's Realm, World enchantment, designed by Alan Rabinowitz first released in Feb, 1997 in the set Visions.

A deck that focuses on controlling the board and disrupting opponents' strategies would benefit from including Teferi's Realm. This card can be particularly effective in decks that rely on stalling the game or protecting key permanents, as it can phase out problematic artifacts, creatures, lands, or enchantments each turn. While Teferi's Realm can be a powerful tool in certain strategies, there are other cards like Teferi, Time Raveler or Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir that provide similar effects with additional benefits, making them potentially better options depending on the deck's overall game plan. Ultimately, whether Teferi's Realm should see play depends on the specific deck and meta it is being used in.

Rules

10/01/08

This has the supertype world. When a world permanent enters the battlefield, any world permanents that were already on the battlefield are put into their owners’ graveyards. This is a state-based action called the “world rule.” The new world permanent stays on the battlefield. If two world permanents enter the battlefield at the same time, they’re both put into their owners’ graveyards.

10/04/04

Does not affect token permanents, only cards.
