The Sigil of Brilliance card would benefit an Oscilio Wizard deck focused on quick card draw and cycling through spells. While the card's ability to draw a card when leaving the arena provides additional resources, its drawback of being destroyed at the beginning of the action phase limits its usefulness. Other cards that offer similar effects but with more lasting benefits, such as Arcane Insight or Echo of Knowledge, may be more beneficial in the long run and would likely be preferred over the Sigil of Brilliance, making it less likely to see play in competitive decks.
