Shivan Raptor, Creature — dinosaur, designed by Bob Eggleton first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Saga and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The Shivan Raptor would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck looking to apply early pressure with its combination of first strike and haste abilities. However, there are better options available in the current Magic: the Gathering card pool that offer similar effects with additional benefits, such as Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear. While the Shivan Raptor may have nostalgic value for some players, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play in most cases.
