A deck that focuses on controlling the opponent's resources or manipulating its own library would benefit from including Second Sight. While Second Sight offers versatility with its options to either scout the opponent's library or rearrange its own, there are potentially better options like Serum Visions or Opt for card selection, or Brainstorm for library manipulation. However, Second Sight could see play in specific deck archetypes looking for a mix of both effects in one card.
