About Rubinia Soulsinger

Rubinia Soulsinger, Legendary creature — faerie, designed by Rob Alexander first released in Jun, 1994 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 8 different ways.

This card, Rubinia Soulsinger, would be a great addition to a control or midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially in a Bant (Green-White-Blue) color combination. It provides a powerful ability to gain control of target creatures, allowing for strategic removal or disruption of the opponent's board state. While there may be other cards with similar effects, Rubinia's versatility and potential for long-term control make it a strong contender for inclusion in the right deck. Overall, it could see play in decks looking to control the battlefield and maintain a strong presence.

Rules

10/01/09

If Rubinia Soulsinger leaves the battlefield, you no longer control it, so the duration of its control-change effect ends.

10/01/09

Once the ability resolves, it doesn’t care whether the targeted permanent remains a legal target for the ability, only that it’s on the battlefield. The effect will continue to apply to it even if it gains shroud, stops being a creature, or would no longer be a legal target for any other reason.
