About Rage Nimbus

Rage Nimbus, Creature — elemental, designed by Vincent Proce first released in Apr, 2010 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi.

A deck that focuses on controlling the board and forcing opponents into unfavorable combat situations would benefit from including Rage Nimbus. Its ability to make target creatures attack can disrupt opponents' strategies and create openings for your own attacks. However, there may be better options available depending on the specific strategy of your deck, such as Archangel Avacyn, which offers a similar effect with additional benefits like protection and a powerful transformation ability. Ultimately, whether Rage Nimbus should see play depends on the overall synergy and game plan of your deck.

Rules

06/15/10

If, during its controller’s declare attackers step, a creature affected by Rage Nimbus’s activated ability is tapped, is affected by a spell or ability that says it can’t attack, or is affected by “summoning sickness,” then that creature doesn’t attack. If there’s a cost associated with having that creature attack, its controller isn’t forced to pay that cost, so the creature doesn’t have to attack in that case either.
