A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and evasion would benefit from including Phantom Warrior, as its ability to be unblockable can help deal direct damage to the opponent. However, there are better options available, such as Invisible Stalker or Slippery Bogle, which provide additional benefits like hexproof or shroud. While Phantom Warrior could see play in certain budget or theme decks, more competitive decks would likely opt for the superior alternatives.
