About Pale Moon

Pale Moon, Instant, designed by Pete Venters first released in Feb, 2000 in the set Nemesis.

A deck that focuses on disrupting an opponent's mana base would benefit from using Pale Moon, as it can hinder their ability to generate colored mana from nonbasic lands. While Pale Moon can be effective in certain situations, there are potentially better options such as Blood Moon, which completely shuts off nonbasic lands from producing colored mana. Whether Pale Moon should see play depends on the specific strategy and meta of the deck, as it may be more or less impactful compared to other options available.

Rules

10/04/04

The ability does not change the amount of mana produced, only the color.
