Mana Flare, Enchantment, designed by Christopher Rush first released in Aug, 1993 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 17 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly, such as a red-green ramp deck or a deck that aims to cast big spells early, would benefit from using Mana Flare. While Mana Flare can provide a significant boost in mana production, it can also benefit opponents, so it's important to weigh the pros and cons. Other cards like Heartbeat of Spring or Zhur-Taa Ancient may offer similar effects with less risk, but Mana Flare can still be a strong choice in the right deck, especially if used strategically to gain an advantage over opponents.
