A deck focused on planeswalker spells, such as a Superfriends deck in Magic: The Gathering, would benefit greatly from including Interplanar Beacon. While it provides additional life gain and mana fixing specifically for casting planeswalkers, there are potentially better options like Mana Confluence or City of Brass for more versatile mana fixing. However, Interplanar Beacon could still see play in a deck heavily reliant on planeswalker spells for its strategy.
