This card would be a great addition to a green-white midrange deck that focuses on creature buffs and gaining life. While Inspiring Bard offers versatility with its two options, there are potentially better cards for more competitive play such as Collected Company or Voice of Resurgence. However, in a casual or themed deck centered around bards or elves, Inspiring Bard could definitely see play for its unique abilities and flavor.
