Hellkite Charger would be a great addition to a red aggressive deck looking to close out games quickly with multiple combat phases. While it offers a powerful ability to untap attacking creatures and create additional combat phases, it may be considered too slow for competitive play due to its high mana cost and the need to pay additional mana to activate its ability. Other cards like Aurelia, the Warleader or Combat Celebrant might be better options for similar effects in more efficient ways.
