A deck focused on goblins would greatly benefit from including Goblin Warchief due to its cost reduction for goblin spells and granting haste to goblins. This card synergizes well with tribal goblin strategies, enabling faster and more efficient plays. While there may be other strong goblin-centric cards like Goblin Chieftain or Goblin Rabblemaster, Goblin Warchief remains a solid choice for goblin-themed decks and should definitely see play in such strategies.

Goblin Warchief’s effect reduces only generic mana in the cost of Goblin spells you cast. For example, it doesn’t reduce the cost of Skirk Prospector below .
