However, a better alternative could be cards like Young Pyromancer or Monastery Swiftspear which have guaranteed power and provide additional benefits when you cast spells. While Freedom Fighter Recruit may not see competitive play, it could be a fun inclusion in a casual tribal deck or for thematic purposes.
