This card could be beneficial in a colorless mana ramp deck looking to take advantage of the extra mana generation and the potential for planar die effects. However, there are likely better options for mana acceleration in most decks, such as Sol Ring or Mana Crypt, which provide more immediate and consistent benefits. Fractured Powerstone may not see much play in competitive settings due to its slower and more random nature compared to other mana rocks available.
