Feeling of Dread, Instant, designed by John Stanko first released in May, 2020 in the set Innistrad and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
This card, Feeling of Dread, would be beneficial in a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a way to tap down potential threats at instant speed. However, there are better options available such as Cryptic Command, which offers more versatility and impact for a similar cost. While Feeling of Dread could see play in certain situations, it may not be a top choice in competitive decks due to the existence of stronger alternatives.

A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
03/19/21
If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it’s legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
03/19/21
You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card’s type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.
09/22/11
If Feeling of Dread targets two creatures, and one of them is an illegal target by the time Feeling of Dread resolves, the other creature will still be tapped.
