Faerie Conclave, Land, designed by Val Mayerik first released in Feb, 1999 in the set Urza's Legacy and was printed exactly in 10 different ways. It see play in 2 formats: Casual and Premodern.
A deck that focuses on tempo and evasion strategies, such as a Blue Aggro or Faerie tribal deck, would benefit from including Faerie Conclave. Its ability to become a flying creature with just a mana investment can provide a quick clock for the opponent while still providing mana fixing. However, in more competitive settings, some may argue that cards like Mutavault or Celestial Colonnade could be better options due to their additional abilities or better color fixing, but Faerie Conclave can still see play in the right deck as a versatile land creature.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
