About Early Harvest

Early Harvest, Instant, designed by Janine Johnston first released in Oct, 1996 in the set Mirage and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's a key card in 2 combos.

This card, Early Harvest, would be beneficial in a ramp deck that focuses on generating large amounts of mana quickly. While it can provide a temporary boost in mana production, there are better alternatives like Untap effects such as Voyaging Satyr or Kiora's Follower that can untap any land, not just basic lands. Early Harvest could still see play in specific strategies that require untapping basic lands specifically, but overall, it may not be a top choice in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
