Deadbridge Chant, Enchantment, designed by Zoltan Boros first released in May, 2013 in the set Dragon's Maze and was printed exactly in 7 different ways.
A graveyard-focused deck that aims to reanimate creatures and generate card advantage would benefit from using Deadbridge Chant, as it provides a recurring source of value. While there may be more efficient reanimation spells or card advantage engines available in certain formats, Deadbridge Chant can still be a solid inclusion in a slower, grindy deck that values long-term value and recursion. It may not be a staple in every deck, but it could see play in the right build.

Each card in your graveyard must have an equal chance of being chosen. Assigning them each a number and rolling a die is an easy way to do this. In formats that allow you to rearrange your graveyard—including Standard, Modern, and Return to Ravnica block Limited formats, you may also shuffle your graveyard face down and choose a card at random.
