This City's Blessing // Elemental Token card would be a great addition to a red-based graveyard recursion deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially one focusing on aggressive strategies. While the ability to bring back Rekindling Phoenix is powerful, there are potentially better options like Bloodghast or Flamewake Phoenix that offer more consistent value or immediate impact. However, if the deck is built around synergies with Rekindling Phoenix or sacrificing creatures, this card could definitely see play as a unique and flavorful inclusion.
