The Carnelian Orb of Dragonkind would be a great addition to a red aggressive Dragon tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides ramp and haste to your Dragon creatures. However, there are better options like Sol Ring or Mana Crypt for ramp, and cards like Dragon Tempest for granting haste to Dragons. While the Carnelian Orb could see play in a casual Dragon-themed deck, it may not be competitive enough for more optimized strategies.
