A deck focused on artifacts, such as an artifact-heavy deck in Magic: the Gathering, would greatly benefit from including Broodstar. Its affinity for artifacts ability allows it to potentially be cast for a lower cost, making it a powerful and efficient addition to the deck. However, there are other cards like Master of Etherium or Steel Overseer that may offer more consistent value in an artifact-focused deck, depending on the strategy and synergy of the deck. Broodstar could still see play in certain artifact-heavy decks, especially if there is a need for a big flying threat that scales with the number of artifacts controlled.
